Rob McLelland
Lead Pastor
Rob has served at Grace since December 2019. He and his wife Sam were married in 2007 and have two children, Eli and Paisley. He was born in Fayetteville and is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. He graduated from Rogers High School in 2001 before attending the University of Arkansas. Rob has served as a pastor at local churches in NWA for 14 years. Rob is a devoted supporter of Razorback sports and a big David Crowder fan.

David Logan
Pastor to Families
David is now serving for the second time at Grace. He previously served from 2007-2015 as the Youth Pastor and rejoined the staff in June 2022. He has been in full-time ministry for 17 years. He and his wife Melody were married in 2001 and have two children, Parker and Cameron. He has now lived in Arkansas longer than he has lived anywhere else and considers Northwest Arkansas to be where he is from. David enjoys volunteering in the schools and community and spending time with his family on adventures.

John Nauman
Senior Adult Pastor
John has been on staff at Grace since July 2020. He served as Senior Pastor at Charity Baptist Church in Rogers for over 30 years. He holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Arkansas and was previously employed in the University's Athletic Department. John oversees Grace's senior adult ministry - the "Prime Timers".

Cindy Hankins
Secretary
Cindy has served at Grace since 2011. She was born in Davis, CA before moving to Arkansas in 1969. She and her husband Terry have been married for 46 years and have two children, Ryan and Amy. Cindy holds both a Masters and Bachelors in Education from Henderson State University and worked in education for well over 40 years before her retirement. In her spare time, she enjoys cross-stitching, scrapbooking and reading along with supporting her Razorbacks.
